These are bizarre, almost as presumptious as they are incompetent. The citations ranking (ugh!) is based on Scopus, which doesn't even index three of the commonwealth's top four academic law journals - clearly among the leading peer-reviewed journals in the English language.
 
Victoria U more impactful than Harvard? Ridiculous.

The survey purports to rank the whole world, not just the English speaking schools (and it should be noted that McGill is bilingual anf bijural).
